Mynet offers an event pre-registration system by building a unique website for each project that provides the client with easy, timesaving access to control and manage their event.
The system offers the following modules:
- Management options - Inventory and registration management for hotel bookings, room types, and flight arrangements, including an “inventory allocation” function that automatically closes to prevent over-booking and calculates required costs;
- Log-in screen - Assigns each registrant an individual password to view information and/or change their attendance details;
- Credit cards - Secure credit card transaction page;
- Payment clearing services - Processes automatic payments to the client’s account or to Mynet upon project completion; issues numbered invoices/receipts;
- Uploading event materials - Allows event organizers to upload event materials (agenda, reading materials, etc.) to the website, approve layout schemes, and send group emails with information to registrants;
- Personal meetings - Provides a sophisticated networking system for scheduling and managing meetings, including personal status settings, requests for contacting clients according to preset criteria, and personal schedule management;
- Photo uploading - Great for special access/security requirements, computerized identification, or to print photos on name tags;
- Mini-sites - Creation of websites providing general conference information;
- Mailing list services - to all registrants or specific criteriabased groups.
